The 1968 student riots of Paris held a slogan which I feel Microsoft could benefit from:
Pas de replâtrage, la structure est pourrie.
No replastering, the structure is rotten.
It seems like every new version of Windows comes with a promise of a complete restructure and yet it never happens. With every new release, the crap gets crappier.
