I’ve started recording a new album called Interstate. The title is meant to be a play on the word “state” meaning either the states of the United States, as in traveling, or state of being. My last album, Waiting for My Train to Come, was an inspirational flair that occurred mainly in the summer and fall of 2005. I still wrote and recorded for that album through 2006. Now I’ve started writing heavily again for the summer (and probably through the fall) of 2007. This time new inspirational flair, coupled with a decidedly different (hopefully more evolved) sound merits the new album Interstate.
