I'm not sure why there are lines repeated in the last paragraph. When I log in to the admin area, they do not exist. Possibly a WordPress bug. Thanks for the heads up.

I definitely agree with posing some questions to yourself and writing drafts first. That's exactly how I write my longer posts as well.

Thanks for the advice. I found Tumblr to be a good way to start the blogging habit. For longer posts I will sometimes try writing it as an email draft, which can help get things flowing. You can also pose yourself questions to answer, like a reply.

And seeing a pending draft is a good motivation to get it finished!

this may just be the inspiration I’ve been waiting for to start my blog. Once I get a nice css design busted out, and some webspace bought. Nice post.
